Stay

Enjoy the comfort of the
Château de Moncley

The Moncley estate is surrounded by several hectares of unspoilt nature. In the château grounds, the garden features a waterfall pool enclosed in a secret grove.

The stables that are home to our beloved Trakheners attract visitors who want to explore the courtyard with its stone bossages dominated by the astonishing pyramid-tiled roofs.

The Thebaid room

The fully renovated North wing offers luxury accommodation in a style that blends classical elegance with modern comfort.

The four rooms and the suite have views over the château, the main courtyard or the stable courtyard with its rustic bossages inspired by the Palazzo Te in Mantua. There is direct access to the Australian salon and the dining room.

Reflecting the neo-classical architecture of the château, the decor in each of the rooms is taken from the collection of Pierre-Adrien Paris, architect of the “Menus Plaisirs” under Louis XVI, now kept in Besançon Library.
